Hey guys,
As you know, Sorority Life is supported through you, the players, and in partnership with independent companies that supply offers and facilitate transactions. The offers you see on the House Mom page come from exactly one of three sponsors. I have NO ROLE in choosing the offers, seeing that they work properly, or giving credit for them. The following guides are designed to assist you in successfully completing offers within Sorority Life. Please make sure to do your due diligence when filling out offers, by reading all of the fine print and fully completing the offers prior to contacting support. Also please do not commit fraud by claiming to have completed an offer you didn't or submitting multiple support requests. Finally please do not contact me directly about offer related matters. Please use the following tutorials to get help. Below is support information for each of the three sponsors; read the one that matches exactly what you see on the House Mom page. Thank you for your patience and understanding. --carol-- Support Index As a Sorority Life player you may not know which offer company your account is associated with. If this is the case I suggest looking at all three guides, as each offer company has a unique user interface and graphics that are specific to their version of the House Mom page. |

Some offers don't send us the confirmation e-mail that we're asked to provide when we send in a report, so I thought I'd offer some advice as to what to do if this is the case because I've seen a lot of people complaining about not being able to do anything without it. (Note that this may not always work, but it has worked every time I've used it) I'm not the first to say this, but some people have still not taken into consideration: Try taking screen captures. Taking screen shots are a great way to prove that you've gotten to a certain step, have registered as you should've, have completed the offer you were told to, or have followed whatever other orders you were told to do. More than once I've used screen shot (and then uploaded them to a free server such as tinypic) to prove that I've done what I've supposed to do when I wasn't able to receive a confirmation e-mail. So far, anytime I've sent in my screen shot of whatever I need to to prove that I've done what I was told to, I've been rewarded my brownie points. I bring this up because today, the House Mom rewarded me with 102 brownie points, and it was all because of being smart about screen shots. I had done the Gamefly offer and after awaiting almost two weeks, I still hadn't received my brownie points. I couldn't find my confirmation e-mail anywhere, but I knew what I had to do. I simply took a screen capture of my offers page showing the date that I filled out the offer, then I took a screen capture of My Account on Gamefly, showing the day my billing date started. After a couple of days and reviews from admins, I was rewarded my brownie points for providing accurate information that worked just as well as if I were to copy and paste my confirmation e-mail I had gotten. So remember, keep this in my mind with each offer you do. I've never done an offer where I haven't made sure that I took all the information I may or may not need, just in case I did need it. Customer Service (the people who handle rewarding you) do a GREAT job of working with what you can provide for them more times than not. I hope that helps out some people! |
