I notice on the boards when some people post they have decorative things around their comments. How do they do that?

I'm like a ninja in the night...I creep over to someone's whiteboard. I select the decorative thingamabobber that I like. Then I CTRL+C...

I then leap over to my sisters place and unleash the ultimate power of CTRL + V!!!!!

*runs around in circles*
